Shipping policy

We ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options. Prepaid orders are prioritized and may be shipped the same day, depending on courier availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance

For COD orders, we charge 15% of the order value as an advance payment. This advance is refundable only before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the advance payment becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors like weather or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply (if applicable).

  • COD Orders: Additional COD handling charges may apply.

Undelivered & Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If a COD order is not accepted upon delivery and is returned to us, the advance payment will not be refunded. Customers with repeated order refusals may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
